Relationships with our clients are built on trust. In many instances our staff will have access to your premises, often when it is empty. Secruity and trust must never be compromised. We are very careful when employing our staff. As well as establishing their identity, they are properly interviewed references checked and will not be employed by us without a National Insurance Number.
Once we are satisfied, new recruits recieve basic training by us in accordance with the principles of the, British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc). We constantly update our cleaning techniques and all staff are fully trained to practice new cleaning methods. Our cleaners are smart at all times, whilst representing our organisation. We provide them with a uniform with our company name clearly displayed to ensure that they are easily identifiable whilst working on any clients premises. You will find that our staff are reliable, professional and efficent.
